Terms of Service

1. The service

MyBotDeck hosts Telegram bots from pre-built templates. No customer code runs on our platform. The service is currently free; we may introduce paid plans with notice.

2. Your account

You must provide a valid email, keep your password secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live).

3. Your bots and content

You are responsible for your bots, their content and their compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service and applicable law. You grant us the rights needed to host and run them.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or remove bots or accounts that violate it, at any time and without notice where necessary to protect users or the service.

5. Fair use and limits

Usage limits (bots, updates, AI replies, broadcast recipients) apply to protect the service and may change.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (currently zero).

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
