Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

MyBotDeck (mybotdeck.com) provides hosted Telegram bots built from templates. Contact: support@mybotdeck.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email, optional name, password hash (argon2id; we never store your password), language preference.
• Bot data: your BotFather token (encrypted with AES-256-GCM), template settings, scheduled posts, and leads your bot collects.
• Bot end-user data: Telegram IDs and messages needed to operate your bot (e.g. subscriber lists for opt-in broadcasts, form answers, payment receipts for Stars).
• Technical data: IP address and request logs for security and abuse prevention. Secrets are redacted from logs.

3. How we use data

To provide the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse, send transactional email (verification, password reset) and comply with law. We do not sell personal data.

4. AI processing

If you use the AI support template, the question and your knowledge text are sent to our AI provider (DeepSeek) to generate a reply. Do not put sensitive personal data in the knowledge base.

5. Processors

Hosting provider, email provider (Namecheap Private Email), AI provider (DeepSeek), and, if enabled later, payment providers (Lemon Squeezy, Paddle).

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active. Deleting your bot deletes its configuration, subscribers and leads. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data by contacting support@mybotdeck.com. As a bot owner you are the controller for your bot end-users' data and must handle their requests.

8. Security

Encryption at rest for tokens, TLS in transit, hashed passwords, rate limiting and audit logs.

9. Changes

We will post updates here and notify account holders of material changes.
